Seven LAyer Christmas Cookie Drink RecipeThe Seven Layer Christmas Cookie is a bit of work to measure, but worth every second. The coconut rum, hazelnut, and butterscotch schnapps remind me a little bit of macaroons and shortbread. The white chocolate liqueur adds a level of richness, and the amaretto and Irish cream add a buttery flavor like sugar cookies or butter spritz cookies. Every time you try the Seven Layer Cookie, you’ll find a different flavor that you didn’t notice before. Bottom line, the 7 Layer Christmas Cookie is one of the best drinks i’ve ever tried.
