Seven Layer Christmas Cookie
- ¾ oz Godiva white chocolate liqueur
- ¾ oz Malibu coconut rum
- ½ oz butterscotch schnapps
- ½ oz blue agave tequila
- ¼ oz Frangelico
- ¼ oz Baileys Irish cream
- ½ oz amaretto

Measure out all of your ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake, strain, serve, and enjoy. Sit back and watch your guests give you accolades.
The Seven Layer Christmas Cookie is a bit of work to measure, but worth every second. The coconut rum, hazelnut, and butterscotch schnapps remind me a little bit of macaroons and shortbread. The white chocolate liqueur adds a level of richness, and the amaretto and Irish cream add a buttery flavor like sugar cookies or butter spritz cookies.
